According to Alexis Arteaga, president of this organization, the initiative must like objective infiltrate the calls brigades of fast answer of the regime, and make presence in the acts of repudio, with the purpose of to from within neutralize his attacks against the political activists and of human rights and their relatives, who often are defenseless mothers and spouses of political prisoners.

He indicates Arteaga, that their activists also will pick up all the evidences, testimonies and will try to document the most possible acts of violence, and their actors, so that they serve as pertaining to a witness tests in the judicial processes that irremediably they will have to take place in a while certain Cuba.
