To reflect on educational practice in our country acquires diverse shades in the measurement that we tied to the word “change�, although this reflection is for the sake of improving it. “The actually educational change also appears difficult, because the teachers have internalizado who all change in teaching must be promoted from the cupola of power� .1 The triumph of the Cuban Revolution in 1959, and the later laws that went away implementing in the educational system, together with the formation comunista.2 of the new generation ruined the permanence in the country of religious schools, as the “Catholic University of Santo Thomas de Villanueva� and the centers “Lasallistas� (these last ones returned to the Island in 1989), whose cloisters of professors managed to cultivate in values and of orienting the educational practice in the way of the questioning and the investigation, to several generations of students. Starting off of these premises, and all the efforts and innovations of the country to leave to the rescue of the educational system, I must indicate that it is indeed actually educational where it is the axis for the profit of “being a good professor�.
The day to day in the classroom, the overcoming, the interrelation with the students and other professors of the school, the family and the society, etc. is, them taking to perfect the educational practice so that they can acquire the abilities and methods necessary to provide his knowledge with the greater effectiveness within the classroom, but not of a dogmatic form, but urging the students to the critic and the reflection.
