The Training center for the Proactive Democracy in Santiago of Cuba is constituted.

Santiago of Cuba, 20 of July - (www.miamiprogressive.com) At night of it was constituted the Strategic Training center for the Proactive Democracy in Santiago of Cuba yesterday, the one that was baptized with the name of insigne Argentine Lawyer, Jose Ignacio Garci'a Hamilton, who passed away recently (1).

The project will be in charge of Ernesto Lawyer Side Rodriguez, who will act like their Director and who has put his address as he soothes of this center, since in Cuba public for institutions nonimposed by the regime do not allow themselves the premises.

The Lic. Ernesto Side Rodriguez when talking about to the objectives of this project said: “The Strategic Training center for the Proactive Democracy is an institution of academic character, that it has like intention to base the facts which they limit or they prevent that the democratic activity is pronounced or developed in our society.

Therefore it is necessary to determine and to implement those actions that correspond with the rules of the democracy. To delimit the false interpretations of the democracy, by means of strategic studies, that they correct those concepts that they prevent that it is formed a citizen democratic culture.

The CEEPDPA is not a simple group of spectators who meet to share their political misfortune, but a proactive group, who fights with precise actions and determines the best strategies to put in practice by right the exercise of the democracy�.
