Lawyer Ernesto Antonio demotes hunger strike Side Rodriguez

Santiago of Cuba, 17 of June - (www.miamiprogressive.com) In an ample letter the Lawyer in Rights, Ernesto Antonio Side Rodriguez presents the reasons and conditions under which he leaves his hunger strike that came carrying out the past from 18 from May of 2010.

Strike was demand of labor justice, already the 26 of November of 2009 was expelled from its center of work, the Medicine Faculty no. I of Santiago of Cuba, by political motivations and although it put in front a series of complaints and of legal resources they were misestimated by the diverse governmental instances with weak and contradictory legal foundations, and until laughable, if it were not a so human and sensible right as it is it the right to the work, consecrated in the Constitution of the Republic of Cuba.

Ernesto lawyer Side has presented/displayed multiple denunciations and evidences that accused directly to the highest authorities of the University of Medical Sciences in Santiago of Cuba, that serious violations of the legality committed, some of them, constituent of crimes. These denunciations were presented/displayed in the Municipal and Provincial Office of the public prosecutor of Santiago of Cuba, in the National Organization of Inspection of Trabajo (ONIT) and in the General Contraloría of

Republic from November of the 2009 and not yet has been received answer of these organisms.
