The democratic ungovernability as fight instrument (Part III)

SANTIAGO OF CUBA - June 22, 2009 (www.aplopess.com) As a result of my first articles related to the democratic ungovernability I have received a great amount of questions and preoccupations. The majority related to the risks that represent to assume an ungovernability attitude, that infers the real possibility to go to the jail.

The ungovernability is a change of mentality that entails a change of attitude by itself. That attitude is a way different to face the impositions of the power, reason why the jail is part of the strategy, that can get to cause itself to saturate the repression and even to disassemble one of the repressive instruments more cash of the totalitarian regimes, the fear.

The prison has two components that are due to consider, if it is wanted to overcome his effectiveness like repressive method: that an aim, an intention is considered.  In a term very ours, like a task and that those that are going to fulfill that mission, receive a careful attention on the part of their companions, first towards their family, from the same moment of the halting and soon with the jailed ones.

The support must be moral, material and logistic, but something preconceived so that the political and social fighters face the arrests and imprisonments, insurances of which their loved beings, even under their responsibility, will be protected by their companions of fight. Therefore the moral of our activists will only be able to be elevated, who will be able to assume the haltings and imprisonments as he leaves from this new strategy of fight.

The massive participation in the democratic ungovernability, will be the best antidote against the repression, is necessary to take the regime to the massive repression, to be able to saturate it. In this sense a civic movement against the capital punishment is necessary to unfold everything, maximum expression of the repression of the regime, but that enters frank contradiction of the leftist social movements, since the confrontation to the capital punishment is one of the fundamental components of the world-wide antiamericanismo.

If the democratic ungovernability contemplates a radical change in the mentality, also it requires of a radical change in the actions, that need new structures to implement them. Thus, the creation of the Municipalities of Opposition, would be the embryo of our future local governments, but in addition it would be the best way of than the population is approached and recognizing a new leadership.

The decision of some political organizations of the country to implement some initiatives of the democratic ungovernability, forces to accelerate the methodologic elaboration of its putting in practice and the massive qualification of the political and social activists in this new form of opposition, that is going to require of a new human component, with motivations and I interest different.

The decentralization of the opposition and the creation of local structures that the social restlessness canalize and demand of the government the fulfillment of their material obligations and services, are going to need external resources and of a greater commitment of those than a day they comprised, indeed of this opposition.

The towns cannot crawl to the fight, is necessary to create mechanisms excite that them to participate in her. The governments of local opposition can motivate, to the people been in the outside to support the internal fight and even to facilitate that the aid of the North American Agencies is distributed until now of more equitable form at national level and not like that favors groups and people according to the interests of they distribute which them from the outside.

The use of the technology and the fever of blogs, could facilitate to give face all to our municipalities, where each can promote from its new political figures to its social projects and their present conditions, even of infrastructure, as it is the lack of houses, avenues, potable water, electricity, transport, etc.

The democratic ungovernability includes the exercise of all the liberties, from the policy to the economic one, therefore the right must be insisted before the farmers that attends to them to produce and to sell its products freely and to the citizens to buy and to sell its goods and services freely. The black market has been the maximum expression of disobedience of the Cuban population, therefore it must be understood like vindication act before the lack of the economic freedom.

The opposition must identify all those promises that the call “Revolution� made the town him and begin to exert them freely, like a natural right that exists to him, not knowing the impositions that now prevail to them. Many of them do not appear under prohibitions or legal regulations, as it is the agricultural product transfer from the countryside towards the city, those that often are seized of arbitrary form, are necessary to educate the population and to represent it in the defense of their freedom to exert everything what it is not prohibited or under illogical and irrational prohibitions.
