SANTIAGO OF CUBA, 26 of December, 2009 - the happened political events in these last days, show that is changing the dynamics of the fight in Cuba. To such a point that is turning green again a political euphoria, as much inside as outside, of ours undergone mother country. What means that in the places like Cuba, where those controls or are established, or rather, they were created by them, it is not possible to be hoped that the powers are regulated to each other.

Before this crossroads, without elements of visible changes, anyone it would say that in Cuba there is no more exit than the exit of the country, phenomenon that is being repeated in Venezuela. That lack of hope has to our town sunk in inertia social, that resembles much that abandonment that assumes the individual in a depressive state, reason why we could say that we are in front of a state of collective depression.  

Nevertheless, any spying of freedom, makes us feel optimists, without being aware to us that we do not have any instrument of change in the hands. Now there is a fanaticism by blogs, that way of citizen expression that allows to continue taking our complaint us around the world. Blog more popular, the one of Yoani Sanchez, with a very singular way to illustrate our reality, although sometimes assumes political positions, it does not offer the minimum alternative or political strategy to leave our present jam.

The public opinion does not change the political position of a totalitarian government, if it does not come accompanied from binding actions, that institutionalize the displeasure or popular reclamation. It is not that one does not consider, but is an element more. And one is not to discourage or to question the strategy of the others, but to draw attention on the fundamental thing: a method of different fight for different a political process, that it uses the elements triggering factors to his favor and we can see thus it in the project of the Socialism of the 21st century.

We know that the changes must be gradual, to avoid that a massive euphoria desestabilice the power and puts in risk its own security, but they are not possible to be delayed too much to initiate them, to the end that takes place social outbreaks or the country enters a generalized ungovernability.

Nevertheless, as we aimed previously, a popular revolt would not knock down the government, we saw as it in Tiananmen, China or recently in Iran, then to cause it does not have to be our priority, but to obtain an alternative of being able citizen, able to train government.

If the opposition ours does not find or it does not want to put in practice the mechanisms to structure itself, like all real political opposition, it is necessary to stimulate the governmental dissidence, so that they carry out the changes. And they have a great advantage, its priority is not to leave the country, are forming a true leadership, as it is the case of Abandoned Lazaro, the First Secretary of the Party, here in our Santiago province of Cuba, that has managed to agenciar a great popular endorsement.

The initiative to train new leaders, from the constitution of the opposition municipalities, has not provided the effect wished for different reasons. The main thing, has not arisen really that leadership that was expected. The incipient leaders do not have the minimum preparation and planning of what he is a municipal government, but the worse thing, not even meets to try it.  And to all this the penetration on the part of the Security of the State is added to him, as much inside as abroad, to disarticulate to the project, creating parallel structures, but with intentions different to distort the main reason of the process of alternative governability.

Although the project was armored to face almost all the types of ruses of the “segurosos�, it is not less certain that with his resources and logistic they make a damage that is due to consider. For that reason I ask once again study the expositions contained in the project of the Socialism of the 21st century, so that knowing its strategies, we do not lend ourselves unconsciously for its dirty game, but thought well.
