Plan of Measures before possible earthquake in Santiago of Cuba

SANTIAGO OF CUBA - 05 of February of the 2010 (www.miamiprogressive.com) Municipality of Opposition in Santiago of Cuba, with support of some specialists in the matter has elaborated a Plan of Measures, as much preventive as during and after an earthquake of great intensity.

According to an analysis realized by the managers of this municipality, headed by Rubén Sanchez Fertile valley, Commissioner of House, the vulnerability of a collapse of santiagueras infrastructures is a fact. By such reason east Plan of Averages, the one have elaborated that they try to make arrive at the population and locate to the governmental authorities to put it in practice.
