In march by La Paz

FROM SORIA PALM - September 27, 2009 (www.miamiprogressive.com) In the morning of Monday 21 of September of this year 2009 at moments that everybody celebrated the day by La Paz, several members of different prodemocratic organizations from Palm Soriano and Santiago of Cuba, they were united to march making honor to this date. The march began from the place known like Melgarejo to the Sanctuary of the Virgin of the Charity of Cobre. When arriving at this place the participants reunited in the Church generally did some plegarias to the Employer of Cuba asking by La Paz of the world and of Cuba in particular. I take advantage the occasion to ask by all the political prisoners and of he brings back to consciousness that they fulfill unjust sentences in the jails of our country, indeed to fight in favor of true La Paz within ours loved and undergone mother country.

The marchistas sent doves to the air like symbol of Peace, of consolation and reconciliation between all the Cubans. The whole range was of approximately three kilometers, from Melgarejo to the own Hermitage of the Employer of Cuba, the Virgin of the Charity.

The organizations who participated in this march by La Paz were, the Political Military prison Pedro Luis Boitel, the Independent National Working Confederation of Cuba, the Cuban Movement of Young people by the Democracy, next to members of the Council of Relatores of Human rights of Cuba and of the Municipality of From Soria Opposition of Palm.

Two days after this pacific march, several activists in whom participated were mentioned by the political police for the unit of the PNR of from Soria city of Palm. The agents of the Security of the State prohibited them to leave the municipality, until the investigation process does not finish on a supposed act of “by enemy propaganda�.
